The deadline for submitting your pre-filled convention vouchers is June 27, 2025. Be sure to complete your vouchers carefully, as only the accepted fillable PDF format will be accepted. For your reference, the convention per diem is set at $150 per day, and mileage will be reimbursed at a rate of $0.51 per mile. Remember to include all toll receipts with your submission to ensure proper reimbursement.
