PLEASE NOTE: The new CSR is an AUTOMATED FILLABLE document with 3 copies: (National, Detachment, Squadron). When you enter info on the first copy, it will automatically populate the duplicate information on the other 2 copies.

REMEMBER: You will be covering your activities and donations for the 12 month period from June of 2021 through May of 2022.

All Squadrons in this Detachment are REQUIRED to complete this form.

ALSO NOTE: Please be sure to indicate if your report is for a Squadron, County, or District. DO NOT roll Squadron data into a County Report, and/or Squadron or County data into a District Report.
